You know, life has a way of preparing you for challenges you can’t even imagine. Growing up as an army brat, I moved between Europe and the U.S. regularly, soaking up different cultures and perspectives like a sponge.
I believe that’s where my fascination with marketing truly began—it’s a field that’s all about understanding people, something I had to do every time we packed up and moved.
I channeled that interest into a BA in Marketing from the University of North Texas. After graduating, I landed at Xerox Corporation, where I spent 15 transformative years mastering the art and science of sales. I worked in Dallas, then New York City, and eventually, life took me back to Europe, this time to Rome.
After my time at Xerox, I had the incredible opportunity to learn under a globally renowned English advertising guru. It was like earning a second degree. I learned the nitty-gritty of brand building and strategy, the stuff that textbooks don’t teach you.
Before I decided to set up my own consulting business in Italy in 2019, I was in New York and LA, setting up U.S. operations for a UK company in the SaaS SEO market. The experience was intense but invaluable, giving me a deep understanding of sales and the digital marketing landscapes on both sides of the Atlantic.
And now, here we are. I’ve packed all those years of experience, all those lessons and insights, into my consulting business. Why? Because I believe I have something valuable to share, something that could help you cut through the noise and get to what really matters in marketing—and in business.
STRATEGY BEFORE TACTICS
I specialize in marketing strategy and tactics—a unique blend of skills that I’ve carefully honed over decades in the field. From spearheading European sales for a UK-based SaaS SEO company to serving as a fractional CMO for an Italian beauty brand, my experience is as diverse as it is deep.
But my focus isn’t limited to large enterprises; I’ve helped many small to medium-sized companies elevate their marketing and sales. One of the core lessons I impart is how to get your ideal clients to not just know you but to like and trust you—an essential foundation for any successful business relationship.
These aren’t theoretical constructs; they’re actionable plans, each backed by real-world applicability and measurable outcomes. When we work together, we don’t just aim for “better.” We define what success looks like, and then map out the strategic steps to get there.
Marketing is more than just a profession for me; it’s a lifelong passion that has helped me connect the dots between business goals and consumer needs. Now, I want to extend that bridge to you.
Whether you’re a small business owner eager to scale or an individual keen on mastering the ropes of marketing, I offer actionable, easy-to-understand courses designed to make a real difference. And it’s not just about marketing; I also teach Business English. In today’s globalized world, mastering Business English is a crucial skill—especially for professionals from non-English speaking countries like Italy. It’s not just about language; it’s about understanding the nuances of international business communication.
While my primary focus is on education, I’m equally committed to hands-on consulting for small to medium-sized businesses. Because let’s face it, sometimes you need more than a course; you need personalized, one-on-one guidance to navigate the complex terrain of modern marketing.
My ultimate vision? To empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals with the skills they need to succeed in an increasingly digital, globalized world.
